Payment Methods
►International Attendees can pay the registration fees in USD via bank telegraphic transfer (T/T).
►Please note "ICBE2025 + your name + your institution ". After remitting, please upload one of the proof, such as screenshot of the mobile bank transfer/online bank transfer screenshot/counter remittance document to the ‘Registration’ page，or send one of them to the email: icbe2025@xmu.edu.cn
►We sincerely appreciate your understanding as, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, we kindly recommend completing your payment via card swipe during the on-site registration should you wish to use credit or Mastercard. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
►To ensure the security of your account, according to the bank's requirements, cross-border transfers are required to provide your passport number as proof when registering through ‘New User Registration’.

Invitation Letter
If some participants require an invitation letter, the conference secretariat will be glad to help. To obtain an invitation letter, please send e-mail to icbe2025@xmu.edu.cn.
Receipt
The receipt will be provided after registration and payment are completed. Please log in ‘Registration’ and obtain the electronic receipt by yourself. If you need an invoice, please send email to: icbe2025@xmu.edu.cn. The deadline is 2025-12-31.
Pay on-site
Please send the registration forms to icbe2025@xmu.edu.cn before participation, including the numbers of attendees, the names and the contact information. When arriving at the ICBE 2025 Meeting at the first day (Dec. 5 2025), we will have a financial group to deal with the charge that is paid on-site.
